About Luxe De Noir

Thank you for your interest in Luxe De Noir’s Luxury custom press on nails. Here is how you can order. 

1. You will need to fill out the customization form of what style and design you would like.
2. After your form is submitted you will be sent an invoice to your email address. You will then be directed to our website to select the appropriate package based off of your level of customization. 
3. After your invoice is paid. You will be sent a sizing kit to ensure your press ons are a perfect fit. Your sizes will be saved in our data base for future purchases.  Note: Once we have your sizes you will not need to purchase a sizing kit again. You will need to order Luxe's sizing kit if this is your first time ordering with us. Sizes from other brands may not be the same.
4. Once you send back your sizes we will begin working on your order. 

With your purchase we will provide you with tools to properly prep your nails for a wear up to 2 weeks with proper care. You will also have an option of glue or adhesive depending on your preference. Note: that glue and adhesive have different longevities ( Glue = up to 2 weeks, Adhesive = about 5 days).

**Policy**

There are NO REFUNDS. Once you are sized you are unable to return your nails. We are also not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays. Please be sure to keep track of your packages and contact the mailing service should you have any issues. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns otherwise.
